Return & Exchange policy
- We accept returns on silk sarees within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received with all original tags intact.
- Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects or damages during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective saree, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
- Customized or personalized silk sarees cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received with all original tags intact.
- Exchanges can be made for a different color or design of the same silk saree, subject to availability.
- If the desired saree for exchange is of higher value, the price difference will be charged. If it's of lower value, the price difference will be refunded.
- Customized or personalized silk sarees can only be exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect.
Procedure:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
- Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the saree.
- Once we receive the returned saree and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Note:
- We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
