Return & Exchange policy

  1. We accept returns on silk sarees within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received with all original tags intact.
  3. Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects or damages during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective saree, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
  4. Customized or personalized silk sarees cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  5. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges:

  1. Exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received with all original tags intact.
  3. Exchanges can be made for a different color or design of the same silk saree, subject to availability.
  4. If the desired saree for exchange is of higher value, the price difference will be charged. If it's of lower value, the price difference will be refunded.
  5. Customized or personalized silk sarees can only be exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect.

Procedure:

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
  2. Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the saree.
  3. Once we receive the returned saree and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Note:

  • We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
